Refund policy

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetics, skincare, and personal care items cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are shipped. Once an order has shipped, our standard return policy applies.
