Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on Fridays or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you by phone or email.

Delivery Time

Once processed, orders are delivered across Jordan within 1-3 business days.

Shipping Costs

A flat delivery fee of 2 JD applies to all orders across Jordan, shown at checkout.

Payment Options

Cash on delivery is available, along with secure card payment at checkout.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can arrange a replacement or resolution.
